database, and expires on the first annual anniversary.

10- MASA Business Solutions Inc. will send a reminder two months before the expiration of the support year.

11- Renewal of license under the above terms and for the above amount cannot be renewed after the expiration date.

12- Any support requests that are not already covered by a continuing support term will be charged a fee of $50 per hour.

|
